It won't be easy, but you don't have to do it alone.

Through Self-Empowerment Coaching, I help sober/lucid/curious women reconnect with themselves through systems of pause, reflection, and creative action. Together we examine existing patterns and get curious about what lights you up in order to cultivate and practice systems of accountability that work long term.

"I started working with Jo when I had tried everything else, I had joined various support groups and communities, I had tried the Sober October and Dry November challenges and failed. I was not able to not drink alcohol for more than 10 days in a row and that only when hiding under a rock and not attending any social situations. Jo picked me up where I was at and developed a strategy and plan which allowed me to stop ‘white-knuckling’ an alcohol-free lifestyle and instead embracing the opportunities and upsides... When I met Jo, I knew I had found the right person to help me over the edge and create an alcohol-free lifestyle without cravings."
