It's not going to be easy, but you don't have to do it alone.
Through Self-Empowerment Coaching, I help sober/lucid/curious women reconnect with themselves through systems of pause, reflection, and creative action. Together we examine existing patterns and get curious about what lights you up in order to cultivate and practice systems of accountability that work long term.
We May Be a Good Fit If...
You’re looking to learn more about who you are beyond the lens of use.
You desire accountability while you are building supportive routines and rituals.
You are sober/lucid curious and are looking to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside while misusing alcohol/substance.
You feel alone in your journey and you desire connection with community.
You're looking to replace shame with celebration on your sobriety journey.
One-on-one self-empowerment coaching focuses on providing you with the tools and support to cultivate a loving and lasting relationship with your whole self. During our time together we will bring awareness to your current patterns, cultivate curiosity around change, and create and implement an individualized plan of action. Please review my coaching program options below. If you are concerned about the financial investment in a coaching program, I do have a sliding fee schedule available for those who qualify. We can discuss this further during your 30-minute discovery call.
"I started working with Jo when I had tried everything else, I had joined various support groups and communities, I had tried the Sober October and Dry November challenges and failed. I was not able to not drink alcohol for more than 10 days in a row and that only when hiding under a rock and not attending any social situations. Jo picked me up where I was at and developed a strategy and plan which allowed me to stop ‘white-knuckling’ an alcohol-free lifestyle and instead embracing the opportunities and upsides... When I met Jo, I knew I had found the right person to help me over the edge and create an alcohol-free lifestyle without cravings."
